Description of problem:
settings done in gpointing-device-settings are lost after computer restart

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

Version     : 1.5.1
Release     : 8.fc18

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. setup somethong in gpointing-device-settings
2. restart computer
3. gpointing-device-settings
  
Actual results:
setings are lost

Expected results:
setings are ok
