Doc Text:	The taskcleaner utility was called with localhost parameters only, ignoring remote database settings. Consequently, upgrading the Manager using a remote database failed, because of incorrect taskcleaner utility execution. Now, the correct parameters are added when executing the taskcleaner utility, so upgrading the Manager on a remote database server succeeds.	Story Points:	---
