Description of problem:
In history db there is no data on pm_secondary

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
3.2/SF8

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.install rhevm+reports+dwh
2.add dc,cl,sd,host,vm
3.add PM to host
4.check ovirt_engine_history - v3_2_configuration_history_hosts
  
Actual results:
no data for pm_secondary
only for pm_ip

Expected results:
should save history on pm_secondary
