Single sign on not performed at all on some guest

Steps to Reproduce:
1. log in from user portal to a tooled RHEL6 or Windows XP guest

Actual results:
no log in action is sent to guest

Expected results:
user is logged in to the guest

It seems that regression was introduced in rhevm-guest-agent-common-1.0.7-5.el6ev.noarch.rpm, 7-3 and 7-4 works for me (rhel6 x64_86).

This is simply a result of fixing https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=882268
