F19-Alpha-TC2, custom partitioning is broken and after the choosing this option it just returns to main menu instead of opening "custom partitioning screen". Thus it isn't possible to create own partitions.

F19-Alpha-TC2 (tested on i686)

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Begin the installation
2. Choose custom partitioning

Actual results:
Returns to main menu

Opens "custom partitioning" window
