Description of problem:

[root@jsefler-7 ~]# msgunfmt --no-wrap /usr/share/locale/pa/LC_MESSAGES/rhsm.mo | grep -A1 "deprecated"
[root@jsefler-7 ~]# msgunfmt --no-wrap /usr/share/locale/bn_IN/LC_MESSAGES/rhsm.mo | grep -A1 "deprecated"
[root@jsefler-7 ~]# msgunfmt --no-wrap /usr/share/locale/it/LC_MESSAGES/rhsm.mo | grep -A1 "deprecated"
msgid "deprecated, see --auto-attach-interval"
msgstr "deprecato, consultare --auto-attach-interval"
--
msgid "deprecated, see --cert-check-interval"
msgstr "deprecato, consultare --cert-check-interval"


Notice that langs pa and bn_IN did not get a grep hit on the "deprecated" msgids

This request was evaluated by Red Hat Product Management for inclusion
in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux release.  Product Management has
requested further review of this request by Red Hat Engineering, for
potential inclusion in a Red Hat Enterprise Linux release for currently
deployed products.  This request is not yet committed for inclusion in
a release.

This is waiting on translations, those langs are behind at the moment.

LANGS pa and bn-IN are currently 79% translated.  See...

Using this bug to block automated tests until these translations are complete.

Translations for Punjabi (pa) and Bengali India (bn-IN) are 100% completed now. Also the reported error in comment #0 is fixed as well.

deprecated shows up the languages from comment 1. If this is a not 100% translated then lets track that under BZ#1020474
