Description of problem:
I see this when building a F19 LiveCD:

> opendir: No such file or directory

I guess the problem is somewhere in the postinstall scriptlet:

> $ rpm -qp --scripts xorg-x11-fonts-Type1-7.5-8.fc19.noarch.rpm
> postinstall scriptlet (using /bin/sh):
> {
>   xorg-x11-fonts-update-dirs /usr/share/X11/fonts/Type1
> }
> postuninstall scriptlet (using /bin/sh):

* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 19 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing xorg-x11-font-utils-7.5-13.fc19'
as soon as you are able to.
