Doc Text:	Red Hat Enterprise Virtualization Manager now supports a virtual watchdog device which can be used to pause, reset, dump a guest. The watchdog model and action options can be set from the New Virtual Machine -> High Availability tab in the administration and user portals. Note that in order to use the watchdog device you need the relevant drivers depending on the guest operating system.	Story Points:	---

Description of problem:
Qemu supports a virtual watchdog device which can be used to reset or pause a guest. This is already supported in vdsm API, and we're missing the engine side.


Additional info:
There are cases where the guest will crash but libvirt will report the VM is up.
In such cases the engine fails to handle properly HA VMs.

as the action "none" is available also default watchdog model should not be set to blank but set to "none" instead

also watchdog action field should be available for user after adding watchdog model

user is able to choose:

watchdog_model: ""
watchdog_action: "reset"
