HTTP proxy support is now available for SPICE clients. The SPICE client will now establish the connection to the remote through the proxy specified by the environment variable SPICE_PROXY=host:port, or via the controller.

Description of problem:
Proxy server and RHEV-M integration, doesn't work with RHEL client virt-viewer.

I have tested the mingw-virt-viewer and it works using the proxy server and RHEV-M.

This will get fixed as part of the spice-gtk/virt-viewer rebases

My bad, missing glib2 2.26 in the spice-gtk build root, pushed a new build.
