Description of problem:

Currently, groups have only a group name and display name associated with it. As groups become more widely used with the introduction of ad-hoc user groups, a description of the group is needed to give an idea of the group's ownership, membership and other details.

In particular, the group description is intended for arbitrary information on requesting group membership (e.g. by providing a URL or contact email address), until such time as Beaker gains a native system for membership requests.
