I tried to report a SELinux denial as a policy bug, but uploading the port failed with:

Logging into Bugzilla at https://bugzilla.redhat.com
Checking for duplicates
Bug 964763 is CLOSED as DUPLICATE, but it has no DUP_ID
(exited with 1)

The bug has a duplicate bug associated with it.  This might be a side-effect of the recent bugzilla.redhat.com upgrade.

I just hit this too.  I think this is actually libreport, or libreport-plugin-bugzilla to be precise.

$ rpm -qf /usr/bin/reporter-bugzilla
libreport-plugin-bugzilla-2.1.2-2.fc18.x86_64

$ strings /usr/bin/reporter-bugzilla | grep DUP_ID
Bug %i is CLOSED as DUPLICATE, but it has no DUP_ID

$ rpm -q --qf '%{SOURCERPM}\n' libreport-plugin-bugzilla
libreport-2.1.2-2.fc18.src.rpm

Thank you for the bug report. This particular bug was fixed and a update package was published for download for this Fedora release. 

You can obtain the updated package by typing 'yum update libreport' or using the graphical updater, Software Update. Please feel free to report any further bugs you find, or make further reports if this bug is not fixed after you install the update.
