With seabios' seavgabios replacing vgabios it should also have Obsoletes and provides for vgabios.

Given that the latest build of vgabios in koji is vgabios-0.6c-9.fc19, the seavgabios-bin subpackage of seabios should add:

Obsoletes: vgabios < vgabios-0.6c-10
Provides: vgabios = vgabios-0.6c-10

Package seabios-1.7.2.2-1.fc19:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 19 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing seabios-1.7.2.2-1.fc19'
as soon as you are able to.
