See https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=961590 for background. Katello fetches all of the available Organizations when you click the Org selector dropdown, and imho it would also help to have the same feature in Foreman so that one is always show what's latest.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Foreman UI
2. Open Katello UI on separate tab/window
3. Create a new organization in Katello
4. On Foreman, click the Context menu then Organizations

I should see the new organization displayed on Foreman

Since katello is an engine now, this is no longer an issue. Closing.
