Description of problem:

I feel that we need to provide some type of informative, user friendly notification to the user when the Console tab doesn't work. Right now we display a generic message stating the the connection timed out but if for instance the issue is iptables related, could we provide some type of information as to what are the known issues (see http://projects.theforeman.org/projects/1/wiki/NoVNC)

1. Create a new host in foreman and make sure to close iptables ports 5910:5930

This was delivered with Satellite 6.0 which was released on 10 September 2014.
