The porting of the DWH installer to otopi is targeted 3.4.0 now.

What Changed
------------------------------
While rhevm-dwh has not been ported to otopi in this release, the following changes were made in conjunction with the otopi porting of other commands and to reflect actual screen output.

The following topic was revised to update the screen output observed during installation:

Installing and Configuring the History Database [ 7522-567852 ]

This involved adding a line to Step 3.c. asking the user if they wish to stop the ovirt-engine service.

The following changes were also made:

1. All mention of installing rhevm-reports was removed because there is a
   dedicated topic to this already, and reports is not required to use
   history.
2. All mention of 'rhevm-setup' was changed to 'engine-setup' to reflect the new
   otopi syntax.
3. The 'note' box in Step 3.c. was moved to the end of the step for clarity.
4. The bold titles were removed from each step to match the layout of this 
   topic with the topic for installing reports.
