Description of problem:
java-service-wrapper installs its binary JAR file into %{_libdir}/%{name}.  This location is not correct.  According to Java packaging guidelines [1] JAR files using JNI or containing JNI shared objects themselves MUST be placed in %{_jnidir} and CAN BE symlinked to %{_libdir}/%{name}.

I believe that this bug is fixed in java-service-wrapper-3.2.5-11,
which is available in Fedora Rawhide, so I am closing this bug now.
