Description of problem: If you install evince on non-GNOME environment, all icons are missing. I'd say some dependency is missing.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 3.8.2-1.fc19


How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install evince on system without GNOME
2. Run Evince
3. Observe missing icons

Actual results: No icons / missing icons icons


Expected results: Actual icons

the gnome-icon-theme-symbolic package needs to be installed. Indeed, installing it fixes the problem with evince-3.8.3-1.fc19.x86_64.

Can the dependencies of the evince package be fixed?

evince-3.8.3-2.fc19 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 19.

Package evince-3.8.3-2.fc19:
* should fix your issue,
* was pushed to the Fedora 19 testing repository,
* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing evince-3.8.3-2.fc19'
as soon as you are able to.
