Note: This bug is displayed in read-only format because
the product is no longer active in Red Hat Bugzilla.
RHEL Engineering is moving the tracking of its product development work on RHEL 6 through RHEL 9 to Red Hat Jira (issues.redhat.com). If you're a Red Hat customer, please continue to file support cases via the Red Hat customer portal. If you're not, please head to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira and file new tickets here. Individual Bugzilla bugs in the statuses "NEW", "ASSIGNED", and "POST" are being migrated throughout September 2023. Bugs of Red Hat partners with an assigned Engineering Partner Manager (EPM) are migrated in late September as per pre-agreed dates. Bugs against components "kernel", "kernel-rt", and "kpatch" are only migrated if still in "NEW" or "ASSIGNED". If you cannot log in to RH Jira, please consult article #7032570. That failing, please send an e-mail to the RH Jira admins at rh-issues@redhat.com to troubleshoot your issue as a user management inquiry. The email creates a ServiceNow ticket with Red Hat. Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "RHEL project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/RHEL-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.
The "PRODUCT_NAME" argument wasn't assigned in other device page, and should have been assigned as "RHEV Hypervisor". Also the prompt "please select the disk to use for booting PRODUCT_NAME" was inaccurate, it should have read as as "please enter the disk to use for booting RHEV-Hypervisor".
The following changes were made:
1. "PRODUCT_NAME" was changed to RHEVH
2. The word "enter" has replaced "select"

2. The indication "please select the disk to use for booting PRODUCT_NAME" is inaccurate, it should be show as "please enter the disk to use for booting RHEV-Hypervisor".
Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
rhev-hypervisor6-6.5-20130222.0.auto1707.el6.iso
ovirt-node-3.0.0-1.999.20130701111251git99aadc6.el6.noarch
How reproducible:
100%

2. Enter other device page.
3.
Actual results:

2. The indication "please select the disk to use for booting PRODUCT_NAME" is inaccurate.
Expected results:
"please enter the disk to use for booting RHEV-Hypervisor".
Additional info:
upstream patch:
http://gerrit.ovirt.org/#/c/16526/
Shown the value of variable quantity "PRODUCT_SHORT" instead of
just shown string "PRODUCT_NAME" for the description of CustomDeviceDialog
rhev-hypervisor6-6.5-20131017.0
ovirt-node-3.0.1-4.el6.noarch
1. Boot from pxe and install RHEV-H 6.5.
2. Enter other device page.
"PRODUCT_NAME" have change to RHEVH, but another issue which was discripted in the second "actual result" still existing, because we can't select any disk in "custom block device " page. We only can input the device path but no select.
So it woulder be better if change the word "select" to "enter" or "input".
Thanks!
