*********** MASS BUG UPDATE ************** We apologize for the inconvenience. There is a large number of bugs to go through and several of them have gone stale. Due to this, we are doing a mass bug update across all of the Fedora 19 kernel bugs. Fedora 19 has now been rebased to 3.11.1-200.fc19. Please test this kernel update and let us know if you issue has been resolved or if it is still present with the newer kernel. If you experience different issues, please open a new bug report for those. I am still seeing this issue on latest Fedora 19 kernel-3.10.11-200.fc19.x86_64. Here's my 'dmesg' output for "ata1" - http://ur1.ca/flmzg [nirmal@ideapad ~]$ uname -a Linux ideapad 3.10.11-200.fc19.x86_64 #1 SMP Mon Sep 9 13:03:01 UTC 2013 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux [nirmal@ideapad ~]$ I'm also seeing this issue on an ideapad z580 (random freeze on boot), so just confirming this bug as still a problem: uname -r output: 3.11.1-200.fc19.x86_64 If you need any other information, please let me know. Thank you. TJ, can you please provide the infos requested in the last comment of https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=907193 Not sure why this bug was initially cloned from that one as it represents the exact same issue. I'll close it as a duplicate thanks, Michele *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 907193 *** |
