Description of problem:
Package maven-indexer currently Requires or BuildRequires aether.

Currently Fedora ships Sonatype Aether, but there are plans to migrate
to Eclipse Aether.  Because Eclipse Aether is incompatible with Sonatype Aether
maven-indexer will likely have to be updated or patched.
