Please use the following update submission link to create the Bodhi
request for this issue as it contains the top-level parent bug(s) as well
as this tracking bug.  This will ensure that all associated bugs get
updated when new packages are pushed to stable.

Please also ensure that the "Close bugs when update is stable" option

The fix for this is included in the upstream 3.8.4 release.

No special patching required.

I'm not sure what you mean, this is supposed to be fixed with 3.8.4, which is  part of Fedora 19 since 2013-07-25 (according to comment #3). The only issue is that I didn't add this bug report into the update, thus it was not autoclosed.
