Description Michal Jaegermann 2013-07-26 23:17:09 UTC
Description of problem:

An attempt to update from a present imapsync to a newly provided update produces the following:

Resolving Dependencies
--> Running transaction check
---> Package imapsync.noarch 0:1.542-1.el6 will be updated
---> Package imapsync.noarch 0:1.547-1.el6 will be an update
--> Processing Dependency: perl(Data::Uniqid) for package: imapsync-1.547-1.el6.noarch
--> Finished Dependency Resolution
Error: Package: imapsync-1.547-1.el6.noarch (epel)
           Requires: perl(Data::Uniqid)

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
imapsync-1.547-1.el6

Additional info:
perl-Data-Uniqid-0.12-2.el6 is available in koji with a "Build Date: Tue 21 May 2013", and after installing it an update in question does not have any issues, but that package is somehow missing from EPEL repos.

It looks like problem with karma, please add your voice there too:

That is clearly beyond my abilities. Whatever I am trying to do https://admin.fedoraproject.org/ is unhappy.

Comment 4 Nick Bebout 2013-08-01 14:33:51 UTC
I mistakenly forgot to push perl-Data-Uniqid to EPEL. It is pushed to testing now. Please leave karma in bodhi so I can push it to stable quicker.
