Description of problem:
Clean install ovirt-node-iso-3.1.0-0.999.999.20130830222205git32d308e.480.fc18.iso,
and enter into "Network" page to configure nic up, but ovirt-node always prompt:
There were no changes, nothing to do.
in Network Interface Configuration page.(Network Interface Configuration page.png)

Steps to Reproduce:

Actual result:
ovirt-node always prompt "no changes, nothing to do." when configuring network.
Try to configure nic up failed.

Expect result:
configure nic up success.
