The SimpleReleaseProcess is included in the installation, but only as seed data, not as a quick start. In reality it *is* a starting point - so we should include it somehow in source form *and* also in seed data form.

fix is committed to the prod branch. The distro/data directory now contains the source of the workflows, so they can be modified, and a new package can be built and deployed to S-RAMP by issuing 'mvn install'.
