server log excerpt - after finishing the project

Description of problem:
You can create a project without a group ID and version. This results in exception stack trace in server log.
The same error happens when you reopen the Project Editor - which then fails to finish loading.
This also creates package named null. You can get into that folder through technical view only.

I'm quite sure you wouldn't be able to build and deploy this project.
