Description of problem:
Login button is unlocalized.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
SAM-1.3.0-RHEL-6-20130829.1


1. Move cursor over the login user's name menu tab at the top right corner and
    click on Sign Out, 
2. Go to Login page.



Actual results:

Login button is unlocalized.

Expected results:
The button should be localilzed.

The move to Foreman and the new UI invalidates all previous localization testing. We will need to do a full pass through the UI again.
