Description of problem:
Overlapped in Content - Subscription  Manager Applications page

Steps to Reproduce: 
1.  Move cursor over the top Subscriptions menu and click on Subscription
    Manager Applications.

Actual results: 
#FIXME

Overlapped in content - Subscription  Manager Applications page

Expected results:

No overlapped, all the page should be displaeyd as normal.

The move to Foreman and the new UI invalidates all previous localization testing. We will need to do a full pass through the UI again.
