Description of problem: python3-ipython-notebook wont work if there is no internet connection. However once it is started and the internet connection is stopped, it works flawlessly. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 0.13.2 How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1.Ensure that internet (or any network connection) is disabled. 2.In the terminal enter ipython3 notebook --no-mathjax or 1. Now with internet connction enabled, enter ipython3 notebook --no-mathjax. 2. Once the notebook has started, disable the internet connection, this time it works without any problems.
