The RHEV agent error message when I try to start it manually

Description of problem:
Between the video resizing and now the copy and paste from client to guest not working, I noticed that the RHEV agent service was not starting in the Windows XP guest.

I tried to start both services manually and it errors. The RHEV Spice agent error is attached in this bug.
