Description:



Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Move cursor over the top Subscriptions menu and click on Subscription
    Manager Applications.
2. Check Details tab, move cursor over Details tab menu.
3. Click the Event History panel.


Actual results:

The following message appears.
    distributors/distributor_events.js isn't precompiled (Sprockets::Helpers::RailsHelper::AssetPaths::AssetNotPrecompiledError)

The entire message should be localized.

The move to Foreman and the new UI invalidates all previous localization testing. We will need to do a full pass through the UI again.
