Description of a problem:
The strings in the dropdown list button such as" Selct options", "Filter:", "Check all" and "Uncheck all" are not localized.


Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Move cursor over top Subscriptions menu  and click Activation Keys.
2. Select the activation key.
3. Move cursor over the Systems Groups subtab and click Systems Groups.
4. Click the Select options dropdown list button.


Actual results:

The strings in the dropdown list button are not localized.

Expected results:

The strings in the dropdown list button should be localized.

The move to Foreman and the new UI invalidates all previous localization testing. We will need to do a full pass through the UI again.
