Strings "System Groups" and "Click + New System Group" overlap.

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Move your cursor over the Systems application tab and click System Groups subtab.


Actual results:
Strings "System Groups" and "Click + New System Group" overlap.

Expected results:
The 2 strings should be desplayed separately.

I have the same issue for "Users" title (accessible via "Admin > Users" ) . I can't really shorten the translation since it's the only possible option.

The move to Foreman and the new UI invalidates all previous localization testing. We will need to do a full pass through the UI again.
