ocaml-bisect-debuginfo-1.3-1 is empty. If there's nothing to produce debuginfo from, the debuginfo subpackage should be explicitly disabled (it seemingly was before this update). BTW quite a few tests run in %check fail without causing the package build to fail -- is that on purpose?
