Description of problem: "yum provides vnc" lists the responsible rpm's. Config file 10-libvnc.conf is missing a closing quote on the Identifier line. The same file references an executable - vncpasswd - that doesn't exist. It also references executing "Xvnc -help" and Xvnc doesn't exist. Github for Tigervnc has no documentation. Fedora supplies no docs I can find. How is someone supposed to get it up and running?
Thanks, fixed. The vncpasswd executable is present once the tigervnc-server package is installed... same goes for Xvnc.
