Description of problem:
Clean install ovirt-node-iso-3.1.0-0.999.664.el6.iso and then configure
network up, enter kdump_page and configure kdump via ssh/nfs.
When selecting "() SSH/() NFS", it will throw exception with error info:
'Plugin' object has no attribute 'validate'

There is a patch for this, just can't find it.
