Actual results: Splash screen always shown which may undesirable on some platforms or in some usage scenarios. Expected results: Be able to: 1. export MYRTLE_NO_SPLASH=1 2. myrtle 3. Myrtle should launch with no splash screen being shown. Additional info: Recommended changes have been made in the attached myrtle jpackage launch script.
