Description of problem: sometimes two spacewalk-splice-checkin tools are running in parallel Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): splice-0.146-1.el6sam.noarch How reproducible: seen it once Steps to Reproduce: 1. Setup Splice sync from Satellite 5.6.0 with ~1800 systems registered Actual results: When I was then running spacewalk-splice-checkin which is running quite long in this case, I have noticed `spacewalk-splice-checkin --splice-sync` was lunched by a cron. `ps axf` looked something like this: [...] \- crond \- spacewalk-splice-checking --splice-sync [...] \- screen \- spacewalk-splice-checking [...] Expected results: Only one spacewalk-splice-checking should be running at one time
