Description of problem:
I have USB multiseat device Plugable UD-160-M attached to my laptop. Laptop have session #1 open, usb device have session #2 open (both with different users). I'm not able to activate VPN profile from #2 even if it is visible in nm applet.

Verified with newer NM, all works.
