Empty auto-complete dropdown with a system name entered

Description of problem:

On the System Groups page, with a System Group selected in the left pane, entering text into the "Add Systems" text field will not cause auto-completed suggestions to appear.

If text is entered that is a substring of a valid system name, then the auto-complete dropdown menu will appear, but it is blank with no system names visible.

If text is entered that is not a substring of any existing system name, then the autocomplete dropdown menu will not appear.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
1.4.6-8.el6sat

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Navigate to System Groups page
2. Select a System Group from the left pane.
3. Begin typing the name of a system that already exists.

Actual results:
A dropdown menu appears with no system names in it. Clicking on the empty cells in the dropdown menu does not cause any systems to be added to the group.

Expected results:
A list of systems that match the entered text appears, and selecting a system from the dropdown list will fill its name into the text field and allow it to be added to the system group.
