956631 was not fixed properly in Weld 1.1.15.Final. The issue is resolved in 1.1.16.Final.

Upgraded in EAP 6.2.0 ER4.
There is productized rebuild weld-core-1.1.16.Final-redhat-1.jar in jboss-eap-6.2.0.ER4.zip/jboss-eap-6.2/modules/system/layers/base/org/jboss/weld/core/main/. 

In jboss-eap-6.2.0 ER4-src.zip pom.xml there is version.org.jboss.weld.weld 1.1.16.Final-redhat-1.
