Description of problem:
Adding a host to cluster with qemu-kvm-rhev version that is lower than qemu-kvm-rhev-0.12.1.2-2.396.el6.x86_64 fails.

On engine:

vdsm should require >= qemu-kvm-rhev/libvirt rhel 6.5 rpm versions?

indeed. Plain 6.5's qemu doesn't have rhel6.5.0 machine type (yet?)

Adding hosts work fine.
Verified on is17
