Description of problem:
          Rebalance Status refresh was not occuring properly due to a NPE. Rebalance status pop up used to show details some times and some times it wasn't showing any data.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):


How reproducible:
      Always.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create Distribute Volume with 2 bricks.
2.Start rebalance on this volume.
3.click on rebalance status action

Actual results:
   No data displayed in the pop up.

Expected results:
   Dispaly the details of the rebalance sessions for the volume.

Verified in rhs console version rhsc-2.1.2-0.0.scratch.beta1.el6_4.noarch (cb4). Status dialog refresh happens every 10 secs and the status gets updated.
