Patch - Fix automount when explicit Unknown Mount removable option is selected

Automount patch ( from upstream )
As stated in the upstream changelog:
Automount Unknown device option has wrong logic, and the only way to
make automount is by having a known device, turning the
AutomountUnknownDevices option useless. Detected by email@example.com
This can be applied to fedora 19 and 20 packages as well

kde-runtime-4.11.1-3.fc19 has been submitted as an update for Fedora 19.

* should be available at your local mirror within two days.
Update it with:
# su -c 'yum update --enablerepo=updates-testing kde-runtime-4.11.1-3.fc19'
as soon as you are able to.
