Title: Install Patches in RPM form

Describe the issue:
I'd like to propose remove 'or a similar command'.

Only 'yum update' way is covered by testing, it is not clear which other way can be supported.

Suggestions for improvement:
New text should be: 'Use yum update to install the patch.'
