Description of problem:
I wanted to add RHEL 6.4 hosts to a RHEV-M 3.3 environment and there was no compatibility mode to add the hosts to a 3.2 "compat mode" cluster.

you couldn't create a new cluster with 3.2 compat mode?

No, it only would show the 3.3 version.
