Individual Bugzilla bugs will be migrated starting at the end of May. If you cannot log in to RH Jira, please consult article #7032570. That failing, please send an e-mail to the RH Jira admins at rh-issues@redhat.com to troubleshoot your issue as a user management inquiry. The email creates a ServiceNow ticket with Red Hat. Individual Bugzilla bugs that are migrated will be moved to status "CLOSED", resolution "MIGRATED", and set with "MigratedToJIRA" in "Keywords". The link to the successor Jira issue will be found under "Links", have a little "two-footprint" icon next to it, and direct you to the "Satellite project" in Red Hat Jira (issue links are of type "https://issues.redhat.com/browse/SAT-XXXX", where "X" is a digit). This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Description of problem:
When puppet reports the facts about the system, the operating system in Foreman
differs from the one that was used for provisioning, so that rebuilding is kind of broken (the operating system created from puppet has no installation media)

How reproducible:
always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. set katello + foreman + puppetmaster + puppetca + network services + libvirt
2. sync RHEL os in Katello
3. provision the machine in Foreman using "Red_Hat_Enterprise_Linux_Server 6.4" operating system
4. sign the certificate for the host after it calls back to puppetmaster
5. the first time the puppet reports facts about the system, the operating system
   in Foreman is changed to the "RedHat 6.4" with no installation media


I recommend using "RedHat 6.4" as the operating system name when creating the records from Katello so that it matches the data that comes from Foreman

Also, for fedora repos, the operating system is called Fedora_Fedora instead of Fedora
