Description of problem:
We've got two sets of optional extras for Foreman (at least) which should be selectable via the installer:

1) foreman-* subpackages (e.g. RHEV, EC2 support)
2) ruby193-rubygem-foreman* plugins

Currently both need to be added by hand after installation.  The foreman installer should be able to install both types, and especially in the second case, appropriate configuration to enable it (not just a package install).

Foreman's installer gained this functionality, but it'll need replicating in Katello's clone.

I believe this has gone into GA. I am moving it to 6.0.4, ON_QA.

This was delivered with Satellite 6.0 which was released on 10 September 2014.
