This same link will be available in a blue banner at the top of the page informing you that that bug has been migrated.

Doc Text:	Cause: Internationalization library ICU supports larger set of locales than 389-ds-base declares for the collation. Consequence: Some locales were not available which had been able to be. TET Indexing tp3 picks up the locales from slapd-collations.conf and tries one by one.  So, if the testcase passes, you could mark verified.
