_kde4_iconsdir is defined in kde-filesystem. It's apparently not installed in the build root, so the macro not expanded: $ rpm -qp --scripts phonon-backend-gstreamer-4.6.2-26.el6_4.x86_64.rpm postinstall scriptlet (using /bin/sh): touch --no-create %{_kde4_iconsdir}/hicolor &> /dev/null ||: postuninstall scriptlet (using /bin/sh): if [ $1 -eq 0 ] ; then touch --no-create %{_kde4_iconsdir}/hicolor &> /dev/null ||: gtk-update-icon-cache %{_kde4_iconsdir}/hicolor &> /dev/null ||: fi posttrans scriptlet (using /bin/sh): gtk-update-icon-cache %{_kde4_iconsdir}/hicolor &> /dev/null ||: BuildRequires: kde-filesystem should fix this, but you should do that only if it doesn't introduce a cyclic build dependency. :-)
