Description of problem: Some dropdown menus and dialogs are "wrapping" at a diagonal angle. Some menus appearing as a parallelogram. And some dialogs similarly but are wrapping within there window space wrapping to fit.
Created attachment 812032 [details] Skewed Firefox Edit Menu Example of skewed Firefox menu. It does this in other programs too, but not all drop down menus on the same menu are skewed. It appears to be dependant upon the width of the dropdown menu or dialog.

The same skewing problems appear on Wireshark and other programs too.
